John Ahlf is the owner of United Payment Professionals (UPP). He is also associated with a non-profit organization which works to help on-custodial parents see more of their children. Though, he had been blamed of pulling off a nationwide fraud, In which he was charged of obtaining $9,995 to $13,995.
